Hi just wanted to thank you for creating such a beautiful visual cookbook.My son attends cooking classes with Heather in Navan and they use your cookbook.My son isn't very verbal but is very visual.I can't wait to receive his cookbook that heather is ordering from you .I also love the picture shopping list's that go with the cookbook.I know we will have plenty of fun shopping and cooking days ahead

    Just wanted to connect with you and congralutate you on your 'look and cook' concept.
    I note that you were a special needs assistant, and wondered if this was the influence behind the concept?

    I am a publisher and dyslexic, I am developing a multi-sensual eReader for readers who need to see the meaning. I think of it as modern day Look & Learn in the same way as your product.

    Have a busy day planned and don't know how you'll have time to cook dinner?

    The day before:
    Follow your Sheperds pie recipe (from your Just Look and Cook book)and complete it as far as step 28. Let it cool. Put it in the fridge.

    The next day,
    All you have to do is whack it in the oven (step 29)
    Add some extra cooking time as it will be cold, approx. (10-20mins extra)
    To make sure its ready, just test some meat from the centre, it should be piping hot.

    I made some of the buns from your recipe book and they tasted lovely.
    I found the recipe book very easy to follow and the shopping list cards are a great idea.

Choloe loved everything about it..The lay out the easy to understand pictures,and the cards at the end . She wanted to start straight away ..SO WELL DONE EILEEN WHAT YOU SET OUT TO DO WORKED IN EVERY WAY FOR CHLOE.

Hi Eileen,,Love you book so much ,even my Kids,age 10,7, especially my 5 year old,all boys,we have tried every recipe,,and the result is that was fantastic /or that was great mammy,so a big thank you,hope there is another one out soon,,Only for MWR we would'nt have heard about you,,Keep up the good work,god bless you,,Im from the Claremorris area....Next time the boys cook i will send on some photos!
